At Blue Bells Toys, we ensure every order is packed with care and delivered promptly to your doorstep.

  • Ready to Ship Products: Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Saturday-Thursday).
  • Made to Order Products: Custom and made-to-order toys require 3-25 working days for production, depending on quantity and complexity. The specific timeline is clearly mentioned on each product page.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Delivery Coverage: We currently ship across India only.
  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Not available at this time.
  • Shipping Days: We do not process or ship orders on Fridays or public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: All orders, regardless of value or location within India, are shipped free of charge.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order.
  • Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

Delivery Information

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Please provide complete and accurate address details, including unit or apartment numbers if applicable.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive your package.

Damage Claims & Documentation

  • Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package.
  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Submit the unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item(s) as evidence.
  • Claims without proper documentation may not be processed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain remote locations where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Potential Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Labor strikes or courier disruptions

We will notify you promptly if your order is affected by any significant delay.

Address Verification

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.
  • Any re-shipping costs due to address errors will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Bulk Orders

  • For bulk or institutional orders, please contact our customer service for special arrangements.

Liability Limitations

  • Blue Bells Toys is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after handover to the courier.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Lost shipment claims will be processed as per our courier partner’s policies.
