At Blue Bells Toys, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Eligible Products: All products are eligible for return or exchange except:
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order products (including large furniture)
- Condition: Returned items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In original, unopened packaging
- With all tags, manuals, and accessories intact
- Packaging (including bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) must not be popped, torn, or damaged
3. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received (must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video)
- Size issue (only if there is a significant discrepancy from the product description)
- Quality issue (with exceptions, see below)
Please Note:
- Minor scratches, wood grain variations, or finish differences are natural characteristics of handmade and wooden products. These are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims of damage, wrong item, or missing parts.
- The video must clearly show the unopened package, the process of opening, and the issue.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video submitted within 48 hours of delivery will not be processed.
5. Process for Return/Exchange

- Provide Details: Include your order number, clear photos, and the unboxing video.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
6. Shipping Costs & Deductions
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, quality issue as defined above), we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect color/size chosen by the customer, etc.), both the return shipping fee and the original forward shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For exchanges due to customer error (wrong color/size chosen), the customer must bear all shipping costs.
7. Refund Policy
- Wrong Item: We will send a replacement piece. No refund will be issued.
- Damage: Exchange/replacement only. No refund will be issued.
- Size Issue: Exchange possible only if the size discrepancy is significant and not a minor variation (due to handmade nature). Minor differences are not eligible.
- Quality Issue: Only major defects are eligible. Natural wood variations, minor scratches, or grain differences are not considered defects.
Refund Method:
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed to your provided bank account or UPI ID.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
8. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are limited to one time per customer per order for issues caused by our error.
- If the customer requests an exchange due to their own mistake (e.g., wrong color/size chosen), all shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
- Due to the heavy and volumetric nature of our products, shipping costs for exchanges can be significant.
9. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Large furniture
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Items reported after the 5-day return window
10. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Made-to-order and personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
11. Replacement Policy
- Replacement and exchange are considered the same. We will replace eligible items following the same process as exchanges.
12. Policy Updates
Blue Bells Toys reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy before making a purchase.
